the summer I expected in our place was rather rainy so....took a sit for couple of hours with PS, practicing some brushes
it's snowing(it look more like a blizzard XD) and a mecha-something crashed on the background

Great character design and nice snow effects. Looks like some thing that can be part of a futuristic war story of some sort. Or even a spy story if its two characters faceing off against each other.

it was from my semi steam-punked, more like war hammer(minus orcs and stuffs) plus a whole culture of war kinda thing...
well she's as engineer
and he was only known as a war monger whos stirs up things with no particular reason/ unknown reason, a sort of anti-hero kinda guy
she just want to make sure if he is still a friend or a threat, and her attempts on gaining him back along with his "pet" [link] which was drawing the interest of the weapons development section which she belongs...
and old stuff from high school that I can't stil get it off of my head
