Spade got a bit of a design overhaul, but the overall gist is still the same! Spade is Ren/Aubrey and Enzo's dad, and also Hexa's mate.Spade has many faults, he's not necessarily a "good" character. He has his weaknesses. He easily fell prey to Hexa's advances, and allowed her to torment the pack for many years because he was not strong enough to revolt against her. He does not own up to his errors until he falls in love with Rahla, and realizes he is not morally good enough to earn her love. This helps him strive to become a better leader, but also leaves him with in a regretful existence.

He seems to be such a nice male. I really feel sorry for him. It's terrible to get to know that you once made some fatal choises, and now you have to face the consequences.
Also... Just a little thing that confuses me. Hexa is mother to both Ren and Polaris, but somehow Ren's farther looks more like his sister and contrariwise

Haha yes she does, but only out of obligation after she kills the other alpha (Hexa). Eventually she leaves him though because she couldn't forget how he just let those wolves suffer under his reign for so many years because he didn't want to oppose Hexa.

Not really much of a difference at all xD Hexa wooed Spade because he was the alpha and she wanted his power. She also wooed Ivan because he was the alpha's son and heir to the throne xD She's just a powermonger xD
