continuing this askand things are only getting more confusing for the 'Two duo
Also don’t quote me on pokemon moves, all I know is Mewtwo’s shadow balls hit everyone and damage everything, I don’t think the anime always go by game logic

He’s met everyone except the Galarian Legends, and the only ones he didn’t actually help was Yveltal, Kyogre and Groudon

Nah, man. Ash wouldn't know who you're talking about, but that's just because he doesn't remember. See, when Ash was a baby, his mom and his mysterious-as-hell dad took him along on their trip to the Galar region, so of course that region's legendaries came to pay homage to the "Messiah". Well, there was one who didn't show up, but is still part of the story. The big scary black-and-magenta one killed Ash's dad (who was only in danger because he had to save the world blah blah blah boring plot exposition nobody cares about), but Ash wasn't present, however.

Not even the lore. Besides, if Ash was a baby the moment his Dad Died, then how in the World that Ash's Dad showed up in one of his Flashback where Ash's Dad is beside a Ponita (sorry if I misspelled the name).

But in all seriousness, I feel like bringing up the Galarian Legendaries is splitting hairs because they didn't exist in canon until very recently. If this whole fancomic only took place just a few months in the future, the new movies will have probably happened and then Ash would've met the new kids on the block, too.
...or that would be the case if Coronavirus hadn't thrown everything into chaos and now who knows when anything's going to happen...

I mean, they can Create their own version of going to other places while Mew and the MewTwos think that it's better to disguise themselves as Ash's Quadruplets so nobody in those places would go and try to capture them (except for the ones who actually knows and likes Ash in whom will be so flustered seeing 4 Ash's in one place) or they could go invisible. Then Mew and the Two MewTwos sees Ash's Journey while not asking for their help and tries not to help and save Ash through the danger he'll be having.

I knew a continuation would happen, I know one thing, a lot is going to happen with two Mewtwos around.
TC-96, I think it would be a good idea to have the Female Mewtwo be along with the group, I think a lot might like the idea, and like you said the Female Mewtwo deserves more love, and also the Male Mewtwo will not feel so lonely, either way continue doing a wonderful job.
