“Feb. 6th - Mew gave birth. We named the newborn Mewtwo”
no this isn’t a joke, more like playing with a what-if idea where the story went with the old game journal entries where Mewtwo was actually stated as Mew’s offspring. What if he was born as a regular Mew but stolen by Team Rocket and experimented on and turned into what he is now. He has no idea and Mew probably wouldn’t tell him for fear of how he’d react

That is a good what-if idea! Mewtwo wasn't born out of nowhere. They had to work off of something. That something would be a Mew.

Through the Joy of finding his/her child all grown up, she/he was so happy that everything that is happening at that time (aka MewTwo attacking Mew and so on) was just "Playing with his/her child" aka "flexing" at the moment but, the moment that Ash interfere, Mew sees that MewTwo's attack have intention to do actual damage. As Mew sees the other Pokemons and PokeTwo's (Get it) and as well as Ash's Pikachu, she/he thought that it's his/her fault, and so she/he starts to keep watch on Ash from afar without interfering and let MewTwo go with the new Family he/she have created/cloned. But after her/his new Family found their other New Family (rather being with their kind, gain a trustworthy trainer, or found a hidden island for them to live in peace) MewTwo came back and...did the same thing as Mew did, watch over from the sidelines, on where MewTwo missed the day on where the other MewTwo arrived.

I wonder how mewtwo would react if he found out mew is his mother and that team rocket took him away from her. I don't think if he'd figure it out unless mew told him since his memory was erased when he was young, but I'm guessing mew is too scared to tell him.
