Oh it's easy, here is the recipe:
You get the anime hotass and alltogether bad/humpable vampire Alucard from Hellsing.
Strip him.
Then put him in one of the uniforms from the Rosencreutz Orden, from the manga Trinity Blood, and VOILΓ!
