Nice plan there. I mean the only issue i'm seeing with this sprite is how flat the colors look, maybe changing the palette to make it more colorful could being a more lively aspect.

It's a very subtle change here, but speaks volumes. Lot of space to worth with and the character just seems to have a fuller body compared to Advance style.
