Well, for the pose to *work* she needed something to lean on - especially with the bundle she's carrying. I thought a cane was appropriate simply because most anything else would be in the way of the shot.

Very nice. I know nothing of Kappa Mikey, but this is still a lovely piece. She's got a great shape going there, and I quite like her face - there's something vaguely otherworldly about it. The pose is quite good, I think - the addition of the cane enhances the feeling of weight about her, suggesting that her pregnancy is severely hampering her mobility.
Great work yet again. You seem to be on a real roll here.
