Wrote up a neat little NowPlaying plugin skin for Rainmeter 2.1 to go with the badass [link] organiC 1.1 skin suite by ~Crosseoutfoobar2000 by default, but you can change the Player= variable in the [Variables] section of the skin to make it use any player that NowPlaying supports.
Rainmeter 2.1 Beta only.
v. 1.0 - skin created. Future work: Make text scroll?
