Fun Fact: Junko isn't naturally blond nor is her eyes actually blue. Both her natural hair and eye colour are red so I felt it suited her jester look.

Jesters can use their talents bring so much joy and happiness to the world around them, easing others pain and keeping up morale. It is a simple concept however in the 'right' hands, the jester can wield a joke like a knife to instead torment and mentally destroy their audience as if exposing them to their traumas and opening unhealed wounds. It would seem that Junko's new 'friend' has 'trained' her into becoming one of these laughing tormenters but since its Junko, nothing could possible go wrong, depending on who is pulling the strings and whose point of view you are looking through.
