One of my Subnautica fish idea. I'd honestly keep it in an aquarium instead.

--DATABANK--
A small planktivorous fish capable of traveling above the surface.

-4 arms resembling Crinoids allows it to capture planktons as it swims.
-Flipper-like fins resembles those of seals, this allows the fish to flops on land, to either find a new body of water to feed, or escape from predators.
-4 pores beside it's eyes pulls in water and captured planktons, while unwanted wastes and filtered water are expelled through it's gills. These pores switches to breathe in air like trachea.

The large forward facing eye gives the fish a good view of sights, capable of spotting potential threats from afar. It is covered with a protective layer of gels, which keeps it's eye moisten as it move on land.
