Description

They locked her away, realising she was too dangerous to let loose amongst society. But when she's left to herself in her cell, somehow she's rarely really alone. Other inmates have reported tiny screams. No one can explain where the little people come from, and she's not telling – but when they appear in her room, she catches hold of them and has her way with them. They become her toys, or her food, however the mood fancies her. Even if they could evade her, there's nowhere to run in her cell – she always catches them, eventually. It barely captures much of her attention now, playing with the little people; it's a habit, something she does on instinct, hardly seeming to notice that the things struggling in her hands are terrified humans.

The guards sometimes find their remains in the mornings. Sometimes they find no trace of them.

Halfway around the world, young women are disappearing.
