So, yeah, I decided to do one of these. I totally did not follow the rules, but I don't care. Ok, description... here I go.(From left to right)
Bill Watterson- He is a genius, he is, what with his making Calvin and Hobbes and all. He was my idol all through 5th grade.
Calvin and Hobbes- The best comic strip of ALL TIME. OF ALL TIME!!! This was the first thing that convinced me that I wanted to be a cartoonist. The reason it is bigger than the creator is that I am honestly more influenced by it itself. I think Mr. Watterson has some attitude to work out.
Tom Warburton- Oh god, I have been reading his blog since it first started, and he is one of my favorite cartoonists ever. I love all his works and his art style (can't you tell?), and he has a very goofy way of talking that I have almost adapted into my own language. He was what convinced me that I wanted to make actual moving cartoons.
Ouran High School Host Club- My insane friend showed me this, and it was love at first sight. The art and story never fails to cheer me up, and I would like my future work to have the same Dramedy tone that it has.
Invader Zim- Dear god, world's best cartoon. I just adore everything about it. The humor, the characters, the style, the voices, EVERYTHING. I would kill to create a show like this.
Jhonen Vasquez- Probably my biggest inspiration to this day. His art is gorgeous (as odd as that sounds), and I am very, very slowly changing my style to look more like his. Everything he is created is genius, and the dark humor is the best way to portray the world in my opinion. He personally rocks as well, I mean, he's a high- voiced, perky, talented, and hilarious goth man! What's not to love?
Disney- Complain all you want, I actually quite like Disney. There's no denying the charm to the art and music, despite the cheesiness and annoying happy endings. Plus, I grew up with great movies like Alladin, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, and Hercules.
Codename: Kids Next Door- My brother and I were in love with this for a good TWO YEARS, which kind of puzzles me now, cuz it's not that great a show *ducks.* Still, there's something about it that I can't help but like, and it has some intelligence that other CN shows are lacking. Plus, I love the creator.
Music- I always listen to music when I'm drawing. It ups my creativity by 40%. It changes all the time, but normally I'm listening to Green Day, The Smiths, Cold War Kids, Micheal Jackson, No Doubt, My Chemical Romance, and various punk rocker chicks.
Jhonny The Homicidal Maniac- It kind of creeps me out how great the art is, even though it's a depiction of graphic homicide. Also, how relatable it is. Is there something wrong with me?
People- You know, people! My family, my friends, hipsters and druggies on the street, celebs, artists, PEOPLE!
Meg Cabot- The best Teen Lit writer I have seen in a long time. Of course, she inspires my writing, not my art.
Death Note- Dude. Intensity, drama, scenery porn (that means art that's just freaking incredible, for you non-nerds), yaoi, dark humor, how could you not die for this?
Graffitti- Nice, since I live in Graffitti City.
Harry Potter- Honestly, does this even NEED an explanation?

I would have, but Yaoi doesn't INFLUENCE me as much as these. I just love it (like hell). I'm actually working on a webcomic right now, that involves quite a few hints at yuri. Of course, everything I put in my comics has to be really subtle, in case my parents read them, and because I also think it's funnier than just flat out saying things. It's like, when you watch George Lopez and there's a dirty joke, it's not cool because its not meant for kids and no one cares what they say. But if you watch like, Spongebob, and there's a dirty joke, then it's downright impressive. I'm not making any sense. There is no I in team. WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!

Haha, yeah. Yaoi inspires me. o.O I always end up writing or drawing or...writing songs...After I've had my daily dose. o.o;;; Then I go to sleep. .__. For Dragoncon, I'm working on my costume for a yaoi pairing me and Laura are doing.

Cool. I'm trying to save up enough money for DragonCon. I have a job in a few weeks that will get me $100, how much does it cost for a weekend pass? Oh, and the webcomic will be up relatively soon... maybe in like... a month. Warning: It's cheesy. It's meant for kids.

i get all my advice from JTHM, i love OHSHC my fav anime! Invade zim is a beast, Jhonen is freaking amazing, Calvin and Hobbes makes me laugh. this is win, you are a smart person liking all this. :3
