OH MY GAWD, I thought I'd never finish this @_____@;
Even though it took forever I still feel like somethings off though... the shirt(?) thing I guess. The colors seem a little too bold. I might go back and fix that

Anyways, the person up there is an idea for a character. I actually have a story in my head... but its a little cliche and corny and...well crappy xD
I'LL PUT DOWN SOME CHARACTER FACTS INSTEAD:
1)she has a pet rat/mouse/thing with one leg(creativity ABOUND)
2)she lives in a,youguessedit, CLOCKTOWER. becuase she can >:C
3)HAS A MORBID FEAR OF MICROWAVES AND MOST LOUD ELECTRONICS
4)tried to eat a cat once
5)loves being around other people but completely lacks decent manners
6)i'll think of something else later >:0
7)I GOT ONE. her hair isn't actually like that, this picture just took a really big turn from my original intentions xD

I've got some other stuff about her locked up in my head but I'm thinking about making a story and then maybe a comic with er' as the big cheese of the plot

oh and a quick question. Am I annoying? Sometimes when I look back and read my comments...I feel like I am ;___;'
