Another gift for my sis^^We´ve watched the Cooler movie a few weeks ago,and only by now I´ve attempted to draw him for the first time.He´s one of my favorite DBZ villains,and as much as I like Frieza,his final form is the definition of badness
Inserted some Photoscape effects to make the picture look a bit smoother xP
