DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT HAVE A PISS FETISH (i think) i was just on a call and thought of how something from omori would piss. could it even piss? i decidded to draw it pissing to wrap my brain around the phenomenon. then it just changed into a fully shaded drawing. something from omori pissing should not get you off. that is just wrong.
