Description
Commission for , with his character Redwall otter character Skip! He proposed the idea of using the 7 Deadly Sins and.... here it is!The biggest challenge in this (again) was making Skip not look like Tem, but still a big-nosed otter. I did some things like squaring the jaw, shade the nose in, shortening the muzzle a bit, among other things, but not sure how successful I was.

Let me see... I show sloth and wrath at times. Maybe lust too at times. His character looks great, and I can really see the great array of expressions here.
As a side note, in Greek philosophy, it was believed that lust and similar emotions were stored in the liver.

Actually, in my story, Skip doesn't answer to any of these Sins - except for Vanity, but even then its still a mild form of it. Overall Skip's one of the most virtuous characters I've ever come up with. Hence why this expression sheet is supposed to be so funny.

Oh, same. He draws almost all otters (and, by extension, all creatures I'd imagine) exactly the same... or if there all differentials it's hard to tell 'em apart!

Biggest problem is big-muzzled otters are rare, so when people who follow my art see one, they're bound to think it's Tem at first. If I were a stronger artist I could have found ways to overcome it, though.
