Finally a full ref for my custom Feaulie. : )
She's been used in the past couple years of artwork for and i've honestly had a blat creating her. Finally figured i'd get a ref up since the new website for Howl2013 will have an artist page with refs for the mascot and creatures made for Howl. ^_^

HOWLOWEEN FEAULIE IS MADE -FOR- USE AND MY PERSONAL USE ONLY. SHE IS ONLY TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH HOWLOWEEN PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL AND WEB GRAPHICS FOR HOWL.

FEAULIE: Is a closed species. ONLY available from ME (or if owners who have gotten characters from me dont want their feaulies and they give them to someone else. might be an idea to verify with me if they are the original owner or not.
