I had to learn cursive in third and fourth grade, then in sixth grade I had to do ELA assignments in cursive. And now that I'm homeschooled, my mom says we have to practice our cursive.

iikr! I did it in third and fourth grade in public school and then I was homeschooled since 5th grade and it wasn't necessary to do our work in cursive so I did it regularly but it turns out I have better handwriting in cursive than normal lettering
