Simple is not ALWAYS bad. I mean, look at ANY of the games on the original Xbox. Those models were STUPID simple (advanced for the time, yeah), but they still LOOKED GOOD. Point being? Simple, again, does not mean BAD. If anything, if you can capture the recognizable essence of something while keeping it simple (and not looking like crap), then you REALLY know how to make it.
