Backstory
Grounder was born into a family of high status so to speak. His parents are world famous explorers, such a lineage inspired him to strive to become an even better explorer than his parents. This drive does end him up in rather... dangerous situations, but nevertheless he gets through them. When he was born, a man came up to him, put hands onto Grounder's young head, then after a moment walked away. His parents did not know why that man came to do what he did, and never saw that man again. As he grew, his parents became more and more worried about him. For some unknown Reason, his parents left on a big adventure. Grounder hasn't seen them since he was 8. This was around the time the important things happened. He met a human named Andrew who had been transformed into a Pokemon. After all this he adventured many times over, with many similar situations happening. Because of the extreme depression Grounder was suffering from after a particular time after Andrew went back to the human world, he had his memory erased, and started anew with a "parent". He then went with Andrew again and in this journey, Grounder discovered a new power, he later went back to discover that this newfound power was his, and his alone. This power came from the Tree of Life, and he was asked to help protect it. It gave him access to the Harmony Lance and abilities. He then used this while he explored, and eventually found the ability to travel back and forth between the human world. After this he retained his previous memories that he lost and was overjoyed to be able to see Andrew constantly. He was best friends with him, as his memories of Grounder were restored completely as well. Grounder then fought off infected Pokemon during one of his travels and met his beloved Girlfriend Ariseli. He now travels as much as he can with her, adventuring, and gaining experience. He cares about his girlfriend much more than he lets on, and does his best to serve her and make her happy. His extreme passion for those close to him shines brightly.
