Energy Detection - The ability to sense the ki/energy of those nearby without the use of a scouter

Super Saiyan Transformations 1 Through 4 - Self explanatory if you watch the show, if not it's pretty much a power up for a saiyan

Energy Shield - The ability to protect oneself by producing a shield made of ki around the body

Energy/Ki Blast - Self explanatory

Blast Shield - The formation of ki in an explosive shield around the body (( if you know what explosive wave is from the games then you should know what I mean xP I just wanted a different name for it lol ))

Immortality - Ability gained through the use of the Namekian dragonballs

The scar on his face was given to him after he was demoted from his position among the kings guard.

Wolfgang, or Wolf as he prefers to be called, is a rouge saiyan living a freelancers life in space hoping from one planet to the next. At some point he ended up on planet Namek and there gained immortality by using their dragonballs claiming that he was being unjustly hunted by his race, the claim being the only reason the Namekians let Wolf use the dragonballs to begin with. He has numerous unnamed abilities some of which resemble Bojack's, Goku's and even Slater and Jackal's. The only reason his abilities aren't named is because he feels he's to lazy or busy to give them one

Wolf eventually heads back to planet Vegeta during the Komodian crisis when he spots a saiyan pod en route to Vegeta via Earth.

On a side note, Wolf's name is actually a common German name =w= Found that out thanks to ~Mistwusel ^^
