Este es mi villano preferido de las películas hasta ahora, aunque me hubiera gustado que rompiera el paradigma del personaje que se vuelve bueno, tenía potencial. Ya hablando de tu pieza, me agradó bastante, claramente está basada en la secuencia musical "Open your eyes".
Primero, el fondo está bien hecho en lo que a colores y detalles respecta, resaltando el suelo, pues se ve realista al grado de parecer una foto real o un modelo en 3D. El fuego le da un buen toque a este villano considerando su pasado, representa bien el sentimiento de ira y odio que tiene contenidos dentro de si, además de las partículas de fuego volando por los alrededores, algo que no vi presente en la película.
Su paleta de colores está perfectamente hecha, no encontré ninguna falla, además el efecto de la armadura me encantó, no te había visto dibujar metal detalladamente desde hace mucho.
No encontré ningún punto malo, y el diseño con el original y tu dibujo está equilibrado.

I love your way of designing ponies and showing emotion in them. I think you could use a little work on the color scheme, but otherwise it's great! The glow of the armor and the scar along the eye adds a special touch, i beleive this could take you a long way. I think you should make a similar drawing in a few months to see if you improved!

First Art, with a villain from MLP: Movie, this is the best Art in October (unless, of course, the author does it better). Tempest Shadow we saw in movie trailers, as a villain who wants to capture Equestria along with the storm king. We saw how Sunset stole Twilight's crown, and was defeated by the Six, becoming kind. We saw Starlight, took the marks from the main ponies, and wanted to prevent the creation of friendship traveling in time, eventually became a student of Princess Twilight, But here Tempest Shadow is an interesting character, we see a broken horn (I want to find out how she lost it). In general it will be very interesting to watch a cartoon movie!

Ya veo, Bueno en mi OPINIÓN termine decepcionado, no me cabe duda que la animación fue muy buena, pero en lo que la historia y el desarrollo de los personajes, fue pésimo, podría escribir todos los puntos que me parecieron positivos y negativos pero como tu dijiste creo que seria tonto hacer eso en una película infantil.
