Quick disclaimer on this image! Mono's thumbs up took me -Multiple tries-to draw. I had to look at a reference to help me draw one over and over. The lining I found, I thought that the thumbs up was very loose. It didn't look like one the first time. I changed it into a wave. And drew the rest of his body. But I was still bothered by his thumbs up, because it didn't look right.And I drew over circling the hand, and used a piece of paper to help me draw one! At one point, after coloring him in at the first stages, I gave up at some point because I was still bothered at the fact that the thumbs up was still a problem.
I was still not satisfied with what I changed. That the fact that I wanted a thumbs up. So, I went back onto shaping it again my skills and regained patience again, to draw him a thumbs up! At long last...I drew him giving a thumbs up!
I hope you enjoy this wholesome interaction with these two kids wondering about in the grassland near Pale City!
