Personality:

straight forward- When being around this guy, don't try to be subtle. He's blunt on most subjects, and isn't afraid to speak whats on his mind. He enjoys people being honest with them. if you want to be on his good side then be sure to be truthful with him- he'll be more likely to trust you.

Over Achiever- he'll push himself to aim for the top, and isn't afraid to make himself pass out from trying so hard. He often tries to motivate others to get into the spirit, or even to just make them get into the mood of whatever situation.

second side- even if he is a blunt person and tries his hardest to be hardcore, he still is a soft guy. He doesnt mind taking the time to chill out and be a softy for the situation.

saint- being so willing to shoot for the stars, he's actually very patient. He'll help and talk to people if they need.

Switchy- Kind of figuring from the tabs above, hes very adjustable to certain situations. when in a heated/angry situation, he's more likely to take the pacifist route, only blowing up if hes offended in a really rude way, or hit on the nails of his sensitive spots. Its more so like that with other things as well.

History:

Gideon was born into a middle class family. having enough for just what they needed, but not being in the best of shape. When he was born, his mother and father didn't have a super hard time trying to support all of them, but it wasn't the easiest of times. His parents originally didn't plan for Gideon to be born, he just sort of happened. His parents had to adjust more in their situation, but eventually just accepted what their lifestyle was, and dealt with what may ensue in the future. As Gideon grew up, and got old enough to do things on his own about the age of 10; He was beginning to worry and become more aware about his parents money situation from the arguements he would hear from their room. It often made him scared for his family, and frightened him. He took the arguements for around another 2 years, and confronted his father about working with him in the wagon factory. His mother grew furious that he would want to do such a thing, but he had his mind set to it. His father said he would talk to his manager, and see if it was alright. After a few days of waiting, Gideon asked his father, and he said that he would need to wait a couple more years before he could work his dad. Gideon was a bit upset, but pushed on and asked about things he could help with. From this question, his father came up with the idea of Gideon learning the basics to the job he wanted to do. For the next 4 years when he turned 16. His fathers manager said it was alright by then, So thats when Gideon began his new job.

He worked at this job with his father for around 4-5 years, building wagons and other essentials that may be needed in a regular house, and for the military. Often Gideon would need to go grab supplies for the workers, and take the finished projects to their current settling place. When he did this, he sometimes heard the soliders talking and found the way they talked interesting. He would listen for a moment till he was called, or knew he needed to drop this stuff off. He also knew how to build things from scratch, fix things if they had a problem- all the knowledge his father knew. He may have learned a few more tricks from the other workers, and people his family made appliances for. After working for so long with this, he got all the money he had saved up and gave it to his parents. He told them He was going to join the military, mainly for the soul reason of how much he admired the soliders. He had talked to some of them on his routes, and found them to be regal people in his eyes. Like earlier in his life, his mother exploded on him, but eventually understood after Gideon explined himself. He told her that the money he made would keep them going for a while, and that he wouldn't need the money since he was joining the military. His father cautioned him with the fundamentals to all these things, telling him about how his own father was in the scouting, and got eaten while on one of his expeditions. Gideon gave his father a serious look and told him he wasn't just going to join kill himself off. He promised he would live on, and protect his family, not caring what faction it was, just as long as he could serve in with all the other soliders.

After he had the talk with his parents, he went and left for the military. He left with nothing to his name but his clothes and his goggles that his father gave him when he first started working with him. After he had signed up and gotten his injection, it took a while before it actually started kicking in. The first thing to happen was the marking under his eyes, and his eyes changing to a red, and his pupils changing to a slit. After about 2-3 days, his hair changed from blonde to a green that faded to a darker green the lower it got. next was his Canines turning into small fangs, his ears becoming pointed, and his skin becoming a bit more scaley and smooth than just regular skin. His wings unfolded from his back, a lot like how a butterflies does when its first out of the cacoon. the colours at first were dark, but lightened up after they stiffened out into wings. His tail came last, taking about a full week to finish. His spine had to allow more digits to be added past his pelvic bone for the tail to have a bone down it, and make the tip of his tail unsoft.

He now waits for his service to be put to the test.

To be useful to the military, and not be just a couch potato at home.
