I don't, but the technique is pretty simple. I't mostly a bog standard vector image, with the normal outlines removed (and the fill expanded out to cover for it), with some detail outlines in certain places to highlight important joints or overlaps.
The fancy part, I guess, is the gradients. Legs and such are just a linear gradient going from normal color to slightly darker and duller one. Same for the body, to create a sense of depth as it curves downwards at the belly/chest. Some places (neck and butt) I added an additional object on top (easy to do with boolean path operations) and then add a gradient for that. Hair mane and head have radial gradients for a bit of a better effect.
Most of that you could also do and get better detail with more objects and alphaed gradients, or with blurring and clipping, but it's a bit overkill for the style I was going for (show-style proportions with a bit of depth).
The linked SVG should show how I did everything well enough, I think. You can probably also see the parts I did in a bit of a hurry
