I really like this piece! I think you did a great job in the facial features especially. Dramatic highlighting helps to make the face shape and features stand out and give it a more rounded look. The hair also has amazing highlighting, with lighting consistent with her face. The details that went into the brows, hair as well as eyelashes is remarkable as well considering the size of the work.
Perhaps a room for improvement could be the neck and collarbones could have the same impact as her facial features with the same dramatic highlighting. It could be because you used a chestnutty colour (similar to the last pencil on the right) for the face but not for the neck/collarbones. Her dress was also outlined in black thus making it look less realistic than her face/hair.
Good work though! It really does stand out against the many pieces I was scrolling through and made me stop and check yours out :>
