My Patreon page ---> www.patreon.com/thywordistruthThis is a little thing I drew for my friend, NugatorySheep , who has given me a lot of helpful artistic advice. I also liked drawing this since Lycanroc has become my second-favorite Pokémon (behind Rattata, of course!). I added the trees in the background to give her leap some height. I kinda wish the sky had looked more vibrant; it's too light for my liking, though sometimes the sky isn't always a deep blue, it is light sometimes! I also realize there are a couple annoying streaks of blue in the sky on the left side, but I got so tired of coloring the background that I decided to leave them be (sorry!) This drawing is an example of why it takes me forever to draw things, but, at least the payoff is nice

I can see the colors are a lot smoother on Lycanroc. Looks a lot better ^^ Too bad you got tired of coloring the sky lol Honestly if you ever feel like your getting tired of doing something on a drawing, you should probably just step back, take a break and come back to it later. I think one of the best ways to help improve one's art is to always try to strive for perfection!

Thanks ^^ It's more of a patience thing with me tbh, and I know it's something I need to work on. In actuality, I was tempted to just post this without the background, which would've saved me a lot of work, and about four-five hours, but decided it would look more interesting with the sky and the trees since it would add some depth. While I still could've made it better by fixing all the streaks, it's still better than what it would've been if I had not bothered with any background
