Yeh.. here's the 1st shirt design which i'll get prolly iron-on transfered or printed onto a blank white shirt.....ahh.... for this school assignment.. i gotta do 5 different shirt design w/ each design based on a certain theme..
the 5 themes are Graffiti, Comics, Anime, Music and Religion....
This here shirt design is for Graffiti.... so yeh...

Hi jeffrey, i was wondering if you could tell me how you get the black line art colored in photoshop, like you did for his hat and shirt( you know how the original black lines get replaced by a color)

there's alot of methods of doing that..
right now i can't be bothered explaining it..
i suggest you just experiment in PS.. that's how i got it
