I wanted to try doing a glitchy looking animation so who better to animate then our favorite icewing prince Arctic. Honestly I thought the glitch effect would be the hardest part but drawing the hands was the most challenging. If you think it needs a filter just tell me, if enough people say it needs one I will filter it.
