One of the main villains...at least out of the characters I created. He's a bit underdeveloped sadly.

Powers/Abilities: Dark magic

Likes: Nighttime, fruit, studying forbidden magic, getting more power, laughing at his enemies, and flute music.

Dislikes: Children, people who meddle with his plans, and bright daylight.

Personality: At first glance, Celeste appears to be a calm and charismatic elf who's great at charming whoever he meets. However, much of this is an act. In truth, Celeste is rather ruthless and cruel, and will do anything if it means accomplishing his goals. He doesn't care if anyone gets hurt, even his own lackeys, and shows little concern for anyone but himself. He's also very good at manipulation, such as convincing Onyx that Saffron is his enemy.

History: Celeste's origins are rather mysterious. The elf began appearing in the outside world years before the story began. After Saffron and Onyx's falling out, Celeste somehow managed to convince Onyx to join his cause. In the story proper, he first appears as a strange elf that Cass and Willow encounter after escaping from Capitol. They later encounter him with Saffron, and learn he's their enemy.

Current Bio: Celeste is currently planning something with the government of Capitol, and is sending his lackeys Malflame, Takuni, Luve, and Onyx to prevent the heroes from learning more. It's unknown how an elf with magical powers managed to win over the anti-magic government of Capitol.

Meta-History: Celeste was created in 2015, and has origins as a doodle in this drawing: November Doodles He's meant to be one of the main villains of Project EVE, but I haven't actually developed him too much or really figured out his motives, but someday I'd like to figure that out more. According to the description in that old drawing I previously linked, his name is pronounced "Suh-Less-Tay" but honestly I think that's kinda stupid and now I think I just want it to be pronounced "suh-lest". Also, I'm not sure why all of the elf characters I've posted so far have been villains (though the ones in Animals were sorta forced into being villains). He's a different kind of elf than the ones in Animals (hence the lack of wings).

Relationships with other characters:

Cass: Celeste dislikes Cass.

Willow: Celeste dislikes Willow.

Saffron: Celeste seems to have a particular hatred for Saffron.

Onyx: Celeste is the one giving Onyx orders. It's unknown why Onyx is so loyal to him.

Lilux: Celeste dislikes Lilux.

Gloomy: Celeste dislikes Gloomy.

Red: Celeste dislikes Red.

EVE: Celeste dislikes EVE and wants her to be destroyed.

Malflame: Celeste is the one giving Malflame orders.

Takuni: Celeste is the one giving Takuni orders.

Luve: Celeste is the one giving Luve orders.

Monarch: Celeste and Monarch have been seen interacting before, but their relationship is unknown.

Cross: Celeste seems to ignore Cross.
