Description
This was just a fun picture to do and plus, I needed a new picture.And to give a bit of story behind this:
Jamie wasn't always this big. Well, not in that area anyways. Months of snacking in college had brought a toll onto her body. She had grown overweight and had become unhappy with how she looked. That was until she had discovered fat transplants.

Okay, Mr. HHHH sent me your way... even though I'm in the middle of finals and working on insane projects, I'm going to be nice enough to comment on your BE work.
Your figure is very stiff. Take into consideration that she now has a set of massive weights attached to her chest... unless they are defying gravity, they will sag, and she will probably slouch. She also looks very unbalanced, and will probably topple over backwards.
One point perspectives are boring as all get go... I avoid them like the plague.
Hiding hands? Also generally not a good idea. Normally that points to the probability that the artist is unsure of him/herself. Unless that massive mammary is made of cardboard, that little pincer of a hand isn't very correct.
Eyes. They should probably actually be looking in the same direction.
Your composition. Try using the rule of thirds, it's part of the gestalt principles. Look it up, information like that can only help your image.
The description states that because of her over-eating, she now has large breasts... nothing of this is indicated in her surroundings. Unless it was only coffee that she was drinking, and trust me, it isn't the coffee that made her gain weight (if it were, then I would weigh more than my paltry 95lbs).
Final note... either her breasts are uneven, or she's holding one up at a different angle.

Figure: Yes, I do agree that my figure is very stiff and that at the time, I was going for a cartoon approach without taking any consideration to gravity. And yes, she does look like she'll topple over mainly because I never aligned the sketch properly in PhotoShop.
Hiding Hands: Shamelessly, I'll admit that I have done with on many occasions simply because I either had no other place to put the hands or couldn't draw the fingers right.
Composition: I still need to look that one up. But really, this is just a hobby of mine so I'm not going to get too serious with my art.
Description: She was fat but through the miracle of fat transplants, she transferred all of her gained weight to her breasts. Makes sense right?
