My two braincells got together and spawned a terrible idea. The big imagery in Death Stranding is Sam (Norman Reedus) with the baby in his weird front-strapped fanny pack. Carmine has a translucent, blood-filled gut.
Putting 2+2 together, This came out of my brain.
Carmine cosplaying as Norman Reedus and Magnus as the Funky Fetus. He'll surely be a hit at Comicon with such an ingenius cosplay. And with so many boxes already worked into the costume design, he'll have no trouble hauling all that swag home.
