It seems fortune favours Blaze on such a day, as a new friend is not too far away. Rushing to the aid of Blaze, Nerina makes a quick attack, blindsiding Star and saving her friend from a miserable fate.

A piece of art I got commissioned a lil' while ago by the talented magion02! I saw she was doing comic commissions, and so I just had to see how my characters looked in her style, plus I also hoped to include a character belonging to a good friend of mine which I have failed to make using my skills.

Nerina belongs to Vertigirl, and ever since reading about her and being shown reference of her and what not, I've really liked the character and tried very hard to make her on my software. I failed miserable, so where my software failed I tried going to others. She is quite a nervous sort Nerina, not used to the surface world having lived within the ocean and mostly alone. Finding new friends and finding her place as a hero amongst many others is proving to be quite a new experiance for her.

I think Magion02 did a fantastic job (though the chest is... quite large again >>) and I'm really pleased to finally see her come to life!
