Description
Heresy knew it was only a matter of time before Shayala would discover that its tyrant still lived on within the body of his daughter. It was believed that Sin had been destroyed, and with her death soon followed the destruction of the Fallen. No one knew that Sin had survived what should have been her final battle; no one knew that she resided in the young Eclipse.

For so long, both Heresy and Eclipse managed to take shelter, posing as refugees of the great wars that had torn up the lands of Shayala. Priests and Priestess' began to fall once the influence of Sin diminished; the cultists of the Fallen were hunted down by survivors and killed. The world had become a different place, peace long shattered as tribes and communities began to surface with the fall of Sin and her empire.

Fighting still continued, alliances and former treaties of past civilizations long being forgotten or simply cast aside in a desperate attempt to grasp what little of the rich lands remained. Amongst all the chaos, Heresy and Eclipse managed to stay clear of most confrontations, living amongst people in the most peaceful communities they could find. As Eclipse began to grow, powers began to manifest from the blood of Sin that ran through her veins.

For years, Heresy had managed to conceal his Fallen origins, and Eclipse's growing power. It was difficult to keep secrets however when so many cautious eyes watched in the troubling times. It took only one to catch sight of Eclipse's abilities before word began to spread. Whispers spoke of Sin's rebirth, of a great evil that would bring new wars and more suffering to an already dying world, there was also talk that a Fallen priest still lived, when all others had mysteriously died.

Shayala was no longer safe. The first attack was made at Eclipse, who managed to defend herself against a frantic force. Many witnessed her powers, seeing so many similarities to the tyrant that had near destroyed their world. One attack turned too many, until Heresy and Eclipse were forced to battle through many tribes to seek safety.

Heresy could think of only one possible escape, vaguely recalling the world he once belonged to. Sin had led him from this world to join her, and now it would seem Heresy would return after so many forgotten decades. The journey to the ruins of Fallen temple was long and treacherous, as Heresy and Eclipse were met with great resistance on their path to escape the desert world.

Eclipse dares not speak of the blood that both she and her father were forced to spill when waylaid by desperate and angry foes, nor does she speak of the fires she witnessed in the dark as the world of Shayala, the only place she has known as home, slowly crumbled under the new wars that ignited before they left to seek refuge in a new world. Fire and destruction was the last thing she saw of her world, before she departed with her father Heresy in what would become only the beginning of a long journey.

Made this since I havn't done an image in the last couple of days and I really wanted to work on something to do with Eclipse (not in peril but actual character stuff ). I havn't used Heresy since making him either, so I thought I'd make this with both father and daughter together with a glimpse of their troubling past.

Somewhat of a morbid image that gives a few little details of Eclipse's past and what she witnessed and had to deal with whilst she was growing up. I tried to make it all as brief as possible without going into too many details, cause I'd end up writing all night. There are characters and events all within this story that pretty much become lost when Heresy and Eclipse leave for our world.

I kinda like this image, though its a little too dark perhaps (brightness wise). Lighting it up though kind of dropped the quality of the image so I left it like this. Got a lot on my plate to make over the next couple of days and some personal real life stuff too, but I'll try and make something for you peril guys between my works and development of characters.
