Here's another one. The one that was most difficult to name, but I finally found one that was most fitting other than Stargate, GATEWAY.

Gateway is a Votix Hawkian which are born in black holes. He is capable of creating portals across long or short distances that himself and multiple people can cross through, although his portals are limit to around a 5-mile radius. This allows him to teleport anywhere he wishes (in radius) and have environmental advantage over an enemy. He can open his portals through the holes in his hand and close them at will and can also levitate.

He is capable of creating portals across longer distances and even through dimensions (like the null void), but this requires intense concentration and it takes a lot out of him.
