I used the "obamicon" site to cut the Raichu with the tool and put on the colors and "Rai Rai" then I modified it with gimp to make it better.

The cutting tool on the site was not made for PokΓ©mons but for human head so that's why I had to do some more work with Gimp afterwards especially with the tail.
