jim, for a 1 hand operation, you scored some major points:
your lighting angle to your face was almost perfect --- no hot spots and no awkward shadows.
your flash intensity was very good to balance out the window light behind you
your face and head are beginning to fill out and so bring the eyes into a softer prominence
you were smart enough not to engage those skinny arms because the rest seems to be filling out nicely. (keep up those workouts)
many of these selfies wind up with an emphasis on armpit hair --- you covered most of that Β up thereby not breaking up theΒ smooth lines from the rest of your body.
