Oh, this is a long time making. My best animation so far, and damn was alot of things to work on.Legs, shading, hair was a little annoying, and BOOB PHYSICS! Had to go back constantly to fix something, and this is only one damn animation XD
I am doing this for a friend's game, and have to make sure she has the biggest breast in that game, I won't let that up.
PLEASE CRITIQUE: While I am done with this sprite/animation, critiques are very welcomed, will help me in future animations and of course, her backwards walking.

Nice job, and a smooth animation again. I know animating is a pain and SO much more work than you'd suspect. That is why I used to make just 2-frame animations in the past. Nowadays I do bigger ones, but the pixel stuff... eep, that's got to be tedious!

thank you; feeling i ate to much I could chew in animating a full character as I have.
Most of the others characters and animations for what i'm making this for are way "cheaper" for lack of better word.
Not sure how different flash animation is to pixel stuff; but its way ward to move and turn limbs without the sprite just going crazy and wrong.

Heheh, I understand. I started a set of 'Kelsey sprites' probably a year or so ago. Maybe over a year. The size is a bit smaller than yours and I did a 'scale down' on a fixed size art piece, so it has a higher resolution than the pixel sprites, more colours, etc. (and is thus for me easier to make) But it's a lot of work. Also the "Year of the Spankies" is each month a lot of work.
I'm not using flash for making animations. I used to in some of my games, and it doesn't necessarily create the nicest looking animation (although it may be smooth). Hand-drawn is in my opinion still king. I just draw the key images by hand and then start filling transfer cells and put them in between.

Yeah, that year of spanking has gotten quite large and still going. o3o
Hand-drawn is the best, but longest and tedious.
Key-framing is probably the most optimal to get tings done and still have it look rather well overall.

Let me get back to you about that. I do still have them lying around but no time to handle that right this moment
2 more months and (in case someone is wondering), I'm NOT going to do another year of making animations each month. At least definitely not the coming year.

this sprite does look neat, the shading and style is perfect, and the sprite animation is smooth, it does differ from eight marbles

The more I add and add to it, the less and less it looks like a eight marbles styled sprite.
But i'm kinda fine with that. it's more "inspired" by them and can feel original and stand on its own.

it does seem like it, still, imagine if EM had another sequel where the chibi art style steps up along with improved shading and sprite animation kind of like this.
