Our Splicer is trying out a new (and somewhat unstable) plasmid. She is not disfigured same as the other people in Rapture as it isnt until 1960 when Altas starts his revolution that Raptures citizens are completely addicted to Adam and splicing, which is what causes the mutations.

I like this comic, the art is well done and the backgrounds are well chosen. But the backgrounds themselves create a problem; normally your flat coloring works- not quite jaw dropping but functional. The colorful, well shaded hallway behind a flat-colored character is rather jarring and makes the comic feel unfinished.

really, i kinda prefer the contrast as it makes you focus on the characters more and i didnt want to overload the pics with shades, tones n textures
