Submitted as my color print last night at the Marin Photo Club meeting.The feedback was "too much foreground" Ah well..too bad there wasn't a cool dead log to fill up the foreground...should've gone with my mirror ideas I guess...

personally i always liked the "natural halo" around the tree and the way the space around it draws the eye to it.
but i'm not a judge so obviously i don't know pptthhhh
