I don't have experience with Coral software, but I heard it has brush effects that really mimic real paint. Β Although I think Photoshop has been catching up on that. Β Also, have you tried Painter Tool SAI?

It has a mixing function that mimics wet paint mixing color and blurring when you layer the strokes. Β Make sure you find the English Version.
