A federal judge orders the Ken Penders lawsuit to be thrown out; all of Penders' characters later belong to Joe Orsini
IDW declares Chapter 11 bankruptcy; the place is later demolished
Joe Orsini works for Archie Comics; Orsini gets paid a higher amount per issue than Penders
Disney makes an offer with Archie and Sega in creating a new anime series (tentatively titled 'Sonic GX'); the series later airs on Sunday afternoons @ 3:30 PM
