how did you give it a kinda foggy, glitchy wet-like took?

I gave it the hazy effect in photoshop.Β
Basically, I increased the diffuse glow setting to make it look dream-like. I then added a fog overlay from an image on google and dimmed the layer as to add a little bit more haziness.Β The final thing I did was duplicate the entire layer, increased the motion blur and blended it in on top the existing one. a bit more balancing of the brightness and contrast, and done!

what IS it about the word moist that makes nearly -everyone- cringe? XD I haaaaaaaate it!!! my mum winds me up with it so much. she keeps saying it in a really pronounced way and it makes me want to run and hide and have a shower XD *shudders* lskjrfgblksdg
