It's a cross between my idol (and celebrity crush >_>) Avi Kaplan and the Sirens/Dazzlings from the My Little Pony movie, 'Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks', as when the Dazzlings sing, they activate an energy within a gem on their chest, which half-transform them into the beasts they represent, the Sirens. This changes them by adding large wings, horse ears and lengthened hair (to seem like a tail). I've done that sort of theme to Avi, by changing him into half-human & half-dragon as he's singing.

Now, in the 'Bronies React' episode for Rainbow Rocks, BlackGryph0n raises a good point when the Mane Six activate the same sort of power (gaining wings, ears and lengthened hair), by stating that if that actually did happen, they would flip the frick out, so I wrote a little something based on that sort of idea... hope you like it...

"Slammed up against a wall, the Pentatonix lay broken, staring at what they thought to be their demise.

The huge, ghastly Siren-like monsters floated above them, grinning with malice, their jaws lined with extended, sharpened fangs; their eyes narrowed to slits with pupils the size of pinpricks. Their 'human' opponents stood at the other side of the stage; huge wings coming from their backs and their eyes glowing blood-red- they just couldn't understand it. What was going on?

"We told you what would happen if you got in our way..." the soft hiss came from one of the creatures.

Avi's head was spinning as he dipped in and out of consciousness. Desperately, he looked around him for his friends- he needed to see if his friends were okay!

His eyes slowly focused on the ground around him, and he instantly recognised his friends lying on the floor around him, desperately pressing their hands against the ground, attempting to stand up, but to no avail- they were crushed. All it would take now is one more powerful blast from those monsters, and they'd be finished.

Avi was on the edge of giving up hope, but he was determined not to give up without a fight, but... how could he compete with them? Not only were they so much more powerful, but also had huge beasts which kept them at their mercy.

He gulped, and pushed himself onto his hands and knees, and slowly onto his feet.

"We said..." the yellow-orange Siren began growling softly, "STAY DOWN!!" she boomed at the top of her lungs, the shockwave throwing him back against the wall and winding him, yet he felt something click inside of him. A lock broke in his brain, and something inside him, which had been lying dormant his whole life, was suddenly waking up.

The Sirens laughed as they watched him stumble back; his head dropping in what seemed to be defeat.

"Humph..." she snorted, "Aria, Sonata, I've had enough. I'm bored now..." she grinned once more, as they laughed and spiralled around them, slowly taking in air to deliver their note.

Suddenly, a burning feeling escalated in Avi's chest, causing his heart to skip a beat.

"W-what's going on?!" he muttered in a shaking voice, as he stared up at the monsters gazing at him, their eyes lighting up with surprise and intrigue.

'Sing.' a sudden voice jolted through Avi's ear, yet nothing was there.

"W-what?" Avi froze, stunned, "Who are you?"

'I said sing.'

He gulped and took a step forward from the wall, and the Sirens seemed to back off slightly, a mix of confusion and curiosity on their faces.

"Adagio, I thought were going to smite this fool." the purple Siren, 'Aria', asked Adagio.

"Wait a moment..." she hissed back.

Aria snorted and reared over her, growling, "But if we keep waiting, then we'll miss our cha-"

"Uh, guys?" Sonata gulped, forcing herself between both of them.

"What is it now, idiot?!" Adagio hissed, but Aria only replied by simply pointing a hoof at the human below them, whom was taking in slow, deep breaths.

"What about hi-"

Suddenly, they were cut short by a loud explosion and a bright flash of light as Avi finally gave in and released the loudest note he could muster.

To Avi, it seemed like life went into slow motion. The instant the note left his mouth, the burning in his chest began pumping through his veins. There was an intense feeling on his shoulders and lower back, as well as a thumping feeling in his skull. He held the note for as long as he possibly could, before he began running out of breath, to which he attempted to stop.

But he didn't.

Panic began launching through his system. Both his brain and his lungs begged for him to stop singing, but it seemed to be ignoring everything his brain said.

Just as he lost his very last breath, a huge, explosive sound wave launched out from him, ricocheting around the walls, smashing the Sirens and the Dazzling counterparts into the opposite wall, causing an array of dust to fall over them.

The power began surging from him, and he instantly collapsed to his hands and knees, taking in huge gasps of oxygen. He heard the sounds of his friends suddenly leaping to their feet and rushing over to him.

"Avi! Avi, are you alright?!" the worried voices of his friends spiralled around him and he felt a soft hand grasp firmly to his shoulder, "Avi, what happened to you?!" the voice of Kevin cut through the rest as he leaned back onto his knees.

"W-what? I'm fi-" Avi began as he gently tugged his beanie, only to find it was stuck on something. Drawing his hand down across his forehead, he felt two sharp thorns sticking out from his skull. "I-I don't under sta..." he began softly once more, but his voice faded after he took a lock of his own hair in his hand. It seemed to have grown a good two or three inches longer than usual, and he noticed something... green... over his shoulder.

Looking, he instantaneously froze. Huge, hunter-green wings drew off from his back, as well as a long tail slowly swaying from his back, and his head began feeling very distant, and his flesh turned pale.

"Whoa, Avi!" Scott jumped, quickly catching him before he could hit the ground, "Come on, bud, stay with us!"

"I... I..." he stuttered, forcing his brain to stay active and his eyes open.

'Get up.'

"W-what?" Avi jolted, the voice from before hissed in his ear once more.

'I said, get up. I'm not about to let you get destroyed.'

His gaze instinctively lead to the ceiling, when he saw a huge, semi-transparent dragon floating over them and was just... staring... and it seemed the others noticed it too...

A low growl came from the beast above them, and the voice echoed in his head, 'Get up. We don't have much time...'

"Guys... stand back..." he muttered, quickly standing up and flaring his wings out, and the rest of the Pentatonix quickly nodded and backed off from Avi as the cutting red light of the Dazzlings eyes cut through the cloud of dust.

'That's much more like it...'

The ground slowly shifted as the Sirens finally pushed the boulders off of themselves and the Dazzlings dusted themselves off.

The Dazzlings frowned viciously, and Avi leaned forward.

"Oh, it's on..." Adagio hissed as the beasts behind them leapt into the air.

Suddenly, the dragon and the Sirens leapt for each other and....”
