I made this tutorial in early 09, but it still remains helpful for people who don't want to spend $100+ on a tablet.
Hope it's helpful.
Ps. Sorry for my crappy spelling!

So, I'm using Photoshop Elements 6.0. I've had it for a little while but I'm just now messing w/ manes and tails.
So I don't have things like the shape dynamics tool and such.
Any suggestions for me to switch things to?
Other than not having the same kind of tools, it was an excellent tutorial and if I had the same program, I would've benifited from it a lot more!
Thanks in advance
