One of my favorite drawings, it was an assighnment for my art class. I wanted th drawing to look dream-like, but i don't know if i succeeded in that...you will have to tell me that.The quote in the upper right hand corner is: "The Future cannot be determined, the past cannot be changed. Only the present can be altered."

Intriguing quote. I kinda see the background like forest moving to it being felled and then the city to follow with the whole, dream-like time sense. I like the hand and the orb in particular with it's lensing of the background reflected in it. Nice touch.

Thats exactly what it is, the quote goes with the drawing if you think about it.
I worked my hardest on this drawing, trying to make it my best work yet, and it turned out exquisite. the only thing you didnt see(and it's not that obvious) was that the orb is actually scrying into the future.
