Wow, I love your portraits of old people the most o.o. And this one really makes me wonder about what she experienced. She might be old and yet there is this light or twinkle in her eye that looks everything but worn out by the hardships of life. Indeed the spark in her eyes make her appear stronger than ever. The way she holds that piece of cloth, she might reminisce about the good and bad things, but not with bitterness, just thoughtful reflection. She might have lead a wholesome life but I don't get the impression she's tired of it yet despite her age. Indeed she looks like she can still be pretty fierce if need be. She must be an amazing woman.

A really striking work There's a lot of progress to be seen in your portrait work, each getting better and better than the last. And this one really stands out. You got more colors going on on the skin, though I think you can go for even more variation to make the skin look more alive. Looking forward to seeing how you will progress in the future.
