For =TheAudiophiles 's November contest (it's not participating in the contest because I'm an admin of that club, this just serves as reference)This suppose to be inspired in the song Dig by Incubus
Worst pastel illustration ever!
Everything was so great in my head... but then I tried to translate that to paper and that's when everything screwed up

I have never liked using pastels. Heck, I pretty much hate using anything but pencils to be honest. But that is a great song choice. And the art itself has nice depth. The tree looks like it's popping out. Pastels are just a pain to work with. They basically do what they want.

I think this is pretty, though. I love the warming colours. It's especially nice to see since it's winter here.
