Here is my entry into the GoW Contest - an original digital painting. I hope the theme of sacrafice and brotherhood come through After several iterations and redraws I think I finally got this piece where I want it and now share it amongst fellow fans.

War. It changes us. Challenges us. Shatters our souls.

In the final days of the long war on Sera, Delta Squad had been pushed to new levels of extreme pain and torment. Having learned terrible truths and having seen great atrocities from the Horde, the squad's experiences culminated into one final moment: One that showed who we are as humans. One that shows why we fight. One that shows why we are Brothers to the end.

"I'm pleased with our progress. I understand they have located another squad. Our strategy remains the same. Cut off the head of the snake and the body dies. We will win this war. It's only a matter of time."
