A ring made for fun in my metals/jewelry class. It's a size 5.5 and is brass with red thread. I plan on switching out the thread for a brighter and possibly "metallic" colored red later on, the thread is much brighter in real life than in the picture.The inspiration came from the various takes of the "red thread of fate/red string of destiny"(Or any combo of the three, really, interchangeable with crimson half the time) myths from East Asian cultures, gotta love it!
